Warranty and Replacement
- We offer a 1 year warranty on our products against manufacturing defects.
- If a product is found to be defective, we will replace it free of charge within the warranty period.
- To initiate a replacement, contact our customer support team with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect.
Payment and Refund
- Payment is due at the time of purchase.
- We accept cash, credit card, debit card, bank transfers and UPI payments.
- Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving a return or cancellation request.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- We disclaim any warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
- Our liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes will be resolved through exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Kerala and irrevocably agree that all claims may be heard in such court.
